The Problem

Most small stores do zero follow-up when a customer abandons their cart — a large share of that revenue is recoverable, but only if someone (or something) follows up fast.

The Solution

  1. A customer starts checking out on Shopify but doesn't complete the purchase
  2. The abandoned checkout is captured and logged to a live tracker (Google Sheets)
  3. If there's no purchase within 1 hour, a local LLM writes a personalized reminder email
  4. Still no action 24 hours later → a second AI email offers a 10% discount
  5. Still nothing 24 hours after that → a final AI email creates urgency
  6. If the customer completes checkout at any point, the sequence stops immediately, and a thank-you email with a personalized upsell goes out instead
  7. Every week, the store owner gets an automated summary of exactly how much revenue this system recovered
